Files are delivered the moment you pay, so here’s when a refund applies.

When we refund
- A file is broken, won’t open in the software listed, or is missing.
- The model is clearly not what its page describes.
- You were charged twice for the same model and licence.
Tell us within 14 days of your order and we’ll fix it or refund you in full. Every model has a 3D preview, specs and renders, so please check them before you buy; we can’t refund a change of mind once the files are downloaded.
How to ask
Email support@example.com with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
The order’s licence ends, its download links stop working, and the model leaves your library. Please delete any copies you downloaded.
